crimson drops and daisy petals
in the meadow are found
senses strengthen
a gained new sight
into the world unknown

echoes ring and people cherish
all the tenderness around
do not touch me
here I cringe
lying on the ground

eyes that glitter and mesmerize
hold you where you are
unbeknownst you pause
and then the lights go out
